Welcome to Navlo. By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Ticketing
- Users can book seats for available bus routes via the app.
- Ticket prices are shown before payment.
- A QR code is generated for verification and must be shown during boarding.
- Tickets are non-transferable.
2. Payments
- Payments can be made using wallet balance, PayPal, or cash.
- Wallet deposits are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Refunds are issued only if the bus operator cancels the trip.
3. Live Tracking
Bus locations are shown based on driver device GPS. Location accuracy may vary due to network or device limitations.
4. Cancelation & Refunds
- Users must cancel within the allowed period (if provided by the bus operator).
- If a trip is canceled by the operator, refunds will be processed automatically.
- Refund method depends on the original payment method.
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal details during registration.
- Arrive on time for boarding.
- Follow instructions from drivers and support staff.
- Do not misuse wallet or coupons.
6. Driver Responsibilities
- Start and end trips responsibly.
- Ensure accurate location updates.
- Scan user tickets properly.
7. Prohibited Behavior
Users must NOT:
- Provide false information
- Interfere with tracking features
- Abuse drivers or staff
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Use the app for illegal activities
8. Liability
Navlo acts as a technology platform only. We are not responsible for:
- Delays or cancellations
- Lost items
- Route changes
- Driver behavior
- GPS inaccuracies
9. Account Termination
Navlo may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraudulent activity
- Policy violations
- Abusive behavior
10. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated terms.
